Merx Octagon is an 8-step framework that spans from the projects’ initiation through to close out. Our in house system has been developed to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed and the pivotal gateways are approved by relevant project stakeholders.
Merx has developed a customized online system that “pre-qualifies” the supply chain to ensure all relevant companies operating in each city/country are known and that we have an in-depth, up to date profile on these companies. Bringing the most suitable consultants, contractors and suppliers onto a project can be a “make or break” set of decisions and Merx PQ helps ensure we procure from the best companies and save our clients’ valuable assessment time.
