Project Description
Holiday Inn is an iconic brand and one of the world’s largest hotel groups with over 1,100 properties worldwide. After securing its latest property in Jelan Besar, an emerging hip enclave in Singapore, Holiday Inn appointed Merx as project managers to deliver an ambitious transformation of the existing hotel to the high standards of the brand.
Working alongside DPDI (designers) and Sunray (main contractor) Merx ensured that this 120 room property with multiple F&B outlets and guest facilities was delivered on time and within budget.
