Built in 1928 and formerly known as the New Majestic Hotel, the premises have undergone a complete transformation to become a new exclusive club now known as Straits Clan. Appointed by the client to project manage all development and refurbishment works, Merx ensured the vision created by local design group Takenouchi Webb was realised on time and within budget.
