Merx was appointed as Project & Cost Manager for the planning and development of Publicis’ new office in Singapore. Totaling 21,500ft2 of space, the office comprises multiple branded reception areas, breakout zones, training rooms and work areas consistent with the brand’s offices worldwide and adhering to their specifications of a fully open plan layout, agile work stations and incorporation of latest technology in AV, VC and IT infrastructure.

Working closely with Wolf Studio, Merx value engineered savings of more than 20% of tendered prices without compromising on standards and quality and completed the project on time and within budget
