In 2008, WPP embarked on a master real estate consolidation strategy to assess the benefits of bringing some of the Singapore businesses together within one facility in Singapore. Merx was appointed as overall project manager to manage the development and refurbishments works for multiple umbrella brands and numerous shared facilities over a 120,000sft space.

Working alongside interior designers DB&B and main contractor Ban Soon Heng, the Merx team ensured the project was delivered on time and within budget.
